Our idea is to eliminate the burr from the source first, and do not produce or produce less burr during machining through the methods of cutting tools, machine tools and processes. At the same time, we should consider making the unavoidable burr produce in the place where it is easy to remove. When removing the burr, we should consider removing the burr without damaging the original accuracy, surface finish and color. For example, in the cross hole of hydraulic industry, the burr shall be removed and the minimum arc angle shall be ensured. At present, the burrs that are difficult to deal with are generally difficult to be removed in one way and need to be removed by two or more methods, so the process route is very important.
At present, the biggest problem of burr detection in burr removal is that burr is irregular and arbitrary. At present, most of them use endoscope and display mirror. Because it is difficult to measure, only qualitative judgment can be used, and quantitative judgment cannot be used. In this way, the results may be different due to different testing equipment and personnel, and it is impossible to formulate testing standards. At present, after research and development, we have preliminarily found a way to solve this problem.
