LOGEN 's Medical Implants grinding & polishing station is equipped with a fully closed-loop central control servo control system. It can accurately control the position accuracy and polishing force for size control, and also flexibly polish curved parts like a human hand, achieving dual control of force and position. 
LOGEN serves a wide array of applications, including the semiconductor equipments, medical device, aerospace, automotive and motorcycle parts, communications electronics, household goods, and synthetic materials industries. For example, taking artificial femoral condyles as a reference, the machine station can start polishing directly from the rough casting, achieving a contour accuracy of 0.2mm, and the completion rate of the intercondylar part can reach more than 90% at best.
